The integration of "artisan spirit" into ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a realistic
requirement for the development of the times. It is also an important path to promote ideological and political education reform and
improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities. Artisan spirit has the function of educating people, regulating
functions and motivational functions, and ideological and political education in colleges and universities have a high degree of fit. In
order to make the organic integration of the ideological and political education and the cultivation of artisanal matters, we should let the
artisan spirit lead the innovation of the ideological and political course system in colleges and universities, optimize the ideological and
political teaching methods with the craftsman spirit, promote the construction of ideological and political teaching staff in universities
with the craftsmanship as the yard stick, and make artisanal culture and college campus culture fully integrated.
